At Bumbalumba we strive to provide you with a fast and efficient service. Our physical shop is located in Nules, Castellón. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we will notify you by whatsapp or email when it is ready for you to pick it up.

Si los productos están en stock y realizas tu pedido durante el horario laboral, el tiempo de entrega será de aproximadamente dos horas. En el caso de productos personalizados, el plazo de entrega estará especificado en la descripción del producto.

Tiempos y coste de envíos

Orders are prepared on working days from 17 to 20h and the next day they leave our facilities to their destination. If you are in a hurry to receive your order due to an important date, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order on time and enjoy your purchase without any problems, we are here to help you!

If your order contains personalised products, please note the delivery time specified in the product description.

We will send you the tracking number of your order so that you can keep track of the delivery.

Si te encuentras en alguna de las siguientes localidades: Nules, La Vilavella, Aín, Artana o Eslida, selecciona la recogida en tienda al hacer tu pedido. Yo misma me encargaré de llevártelo a tu casa :)

El precio estándar para envíos dentro de la Península es de 3,50 €, y gratuito para pedidos superiores a 50 €.

El precio de envíos a Canarias es de 8,50 €.

Los envíos internacionales dentro de Europa tienen un precio de 19,00 €.


What do I do if there has been a problem with my package?

If you are not at home at the time the package is to be delivered, the courier will telephone the number you indicated when placing the order to arrange a new delivery date or make any necessary changes, e.g. incomplete address.

If you do not receive this call, please contact us so that we can investigate the cause of the problem and arrange delivery as soon as possible.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or has a defect please contact us via email or whatsapp, send us photos showing the problem along with your order number and repack the product in its original box.

We will arrange collection with the courier company and let you know when they are going to collect the damaged product so that you have it ready, they will then deliver the new product to you.

Tracking number

In our online shop we strive to keep track of every order we receive. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number once your order has been placed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your order and plan your delivery.
